Refik was amazing to work with when we purchased our home. He made the entire process very streamline and everything was easy to access. Even when it came to completing all the required documents. We enjoyed working with Refik so much that we used him again when we refinanced our mortgage. He was very responsive and he replied quickly when I had questions. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did to help us out. I highly recommend Refik and his team. We will 100% be working with him again in the future!
I can’t say enough good things about All season mortgage! Stephen and Refik worked so hard and got me to close so fast I don’t even want to say how fast because then everyone will expect to close that fast lol even my realtor was shocked! They were very knowledgeable and ended up saving me $2000.00 off my closing costs. Lennar title ended up springing $5000 on me 30 minutes before closing for some “builders fees”. Stephen even advised me not to use them and I should have listened to him. But Stephen and Refik took care of me- and were in touch with me the whole way thru the loan process and on closing day trying to get those fees down for me. Always giving me good advice - they had my best interests at heart for sure! I honestly felt like they were family by the end of it. I’m a real person and this is a real review!! Please trust me when I say- choose All Season Mortgage! You won’t regret it!
